a glorious former head of the RC Toulon rugby school

Former Rugby Club Toulonnais hooker, Marc de Rougemont, has taken charge of the Var club’s rugby school. At 50, he was crowned French champion with the RCT in 1992 and has 13 selections for the French team (Grand Slam 1997). The director of the RCT, Pierre Mignoni, did not hide his satisfaction with this appointment.

It’s great to see Marc de Rougemont arrive at the head of the Rugby Club Toulonnais rugby school. We have always had educators who were former players or players. On one of the players currently, like Sergio Parisse and Mathieu Bastareaud who are passing their DE, who are in the transmission. Marc who will take care of the rugby school, it’s extraordinary. He is a figure of this club. On a desire to help him. We’re going to do what we can at our level and there’s no reason it shouldn’t work.ยป
