Of the eight teams participating in this second phase of the championship, six are still in the running for qualification for the Final Four, the penultimate phase.

⭕At the end of the fifth day Thursday, COSPN Analamanga, is at the top of the provisional general classification, and is tied on points with Ascut Atsinanana (9 points). GNBC Analamanga and SEBAM Boeny are third and fourth respectively with eight points each, while Alaotra Mangoro’s AS Fanalamanga and TGBC Betsiboka are ranked fifth and sixth with seven points. They still have two games for the four places in the next phase.

⭕Ascut, COSPN, GNBC and Sebam, in case of victory this Friday, will get their tickets for the rest of the competition. The formation of Atsinanana will play against AS Fanalamanga, the police will challenge Cosfa, last in the general classification while the gendarmes will face TGBC Betsiboka.

⭕The Mahajanga team will not have its destiny in hand. Its qualification will be dependent on the defeat of the two teams that occupy the fifth and sixth place and its own victory against MB2All Analamanga. In case of defeat, the TGBC and AS Fanalamanga will say goodbye to the “Final Four”.
