Antananarivo, August 3, 6:02 am – Another Malagasy international referee selected for the Afrobasket U18. This is the Yann Vezo Davidson experiment. This one was chosen by the International Federation of Basketball Association (Fiba) in the neutral category according to the Malagasy Basketball Federation (FMBB).
“This is the first time that three Malagasy referees have been selected at the same time”, to officiate during a major meeting, rejoices the FMBB. Apart from Yann Vezo Davidson, Haja Ranaivoson and Marie Lucia Rakotonioly will also be officials during this African Cup of Nations U18 girls and boys in Madagascar.For his visit to Madagascar, the referee will share his experience with Malagasy colleagues at the headquarters of the FMBB on August 15, indicates the governing body of Malagasy basketball.
