Callac handball: a new activity for teenagers and adults – Callac

Callacois handball is offering a new activity this year to replace handball leisure. Hand-shape or hand-fit is aimed at teenagers and adults, every Saturday, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. These are fitness exercises, with or without a ball. The sessions are based on physical maintenance, learning the right gestures, respiratory work, stretching, without the use of weights. The only tool is the body.

At the same time, the baby-hand and mini-hand, which are aimed at the youngest, are supervised by Sara Michelle Vandyck, player of the U18 team, and Alice Herpe, licensed at the club, in civic service.

In agreement with Carhaix

Handball has 150 licensees. For competitions in all categories, the club evolves with the Monts d’Arrée – Carhaix agreement. “We can thus ensure the continuity of the groups, from children to seniors, who can choose to play in the departmental (Carhaix) or regional (Callac) championship”, underlines Noël Beuzit, coach of the club.

In terms of entertainment for the season, there is supposed to be a gavotte sausage evening in the fall, lasagna in the spring and the return of the Christmas tournament.
