Football: a Korean on trial in Rodez

Attacking midfielder or striker Jung-bin Park has been training since Tuesday August 2 with Raf.

Rodez’s recruitment is not yet complete. While the championship resumed on Saturday July 30, with a draw in Quevilly (0-0), the club sang and or is still looking to strengthen itself.

As such, the Korean Jung-bin Park has been on trial since Tuesday August 2 at the Vabre estate. This 28-year-old player, who can play as an attacking or attacking midfielder, has been without a club since leaving FC Seoul at the end of last season. He already knows European football, having spent four years in Germany and as many in Denmark. Passed by the youth teams of Wolfsburg, he played nine Bundesliga games with Greuther Furth, in 2013, before evolving in the German second division with Karlsruhe.

Park then wore the colors of Hobro and Viborg in Denmark, before having a brief stay in Switzerland, at Servette, cut short by the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Close to signing in Nîmes a few years ago, the Korean could discover a new country, if he can convince the Ruthenian leaders.
