The seniors of the USFHB A and B teams will play their first home game on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at Tony Parker Hall in Fécamp.
For this 2022/2023 season, the clubs of Fécamp and Saint-Léonard have joined forces to form two senior teams called Entente Fécamp/Saint-Léonard. Thus the players of Saint-Léonard, Émile Lamotte, Iwan Robeyn, Romain Legay-Foulon, Corentin Chaumillon, Paul Lionis and Maxence Lefrançois, have joined their comrades from Fécampois. “We will do as well as the previous season. Four youngsters, who played under 17 last year, also added to our squad,” explains Pauline Delasalle, coach of the Rouge et Noir.
The Sunday program
Sunday, at 2 p.m., seniors B, who play in D2 (2nd territorial division 76), will challenge their counterparts from AS Gournay-Pays-de-Bray. In the previous match, the Fécampois had lost against ASC Bonsecours, 23 to 21, while their opponents had won their meeting against AS Harfleur, 30 to 22.
In the process and on the same floor, seniors A, classified in Regional Honor of group D, will face the handball players of RC Bolbec HB.
On the score sheet, the advantage is given to the Bolbécais who won their first match in the league against US Rugles with a score of 30 to 20. The Fécampois, for their part, lost their match against ASC Bonsecours , 33 to 24, even if the Fécampoise team, trained by its captain Loïc Monot, was combative, in particular thanks to Jean Magnant and Antoine Delasalle, authors respectively of 8 and 6 goals. A promising match between these two teams.
