Sitting for the first time on a Ligue 2 bench on Saturday July 30, 2022 on the occasion of the draw conceded by QRM against Rodez at the Diochon stadium (0-0), Rudy Boulais should no longer have the opportunity to relive this experience these next weeks. The usual goalkeeper of the reserve team (N3), temporarily promoted to the rank of understudy, will indeed find his role of nº3. The Quevillais leaders are about to finalize the arrival of an element of experience, called to compete with Nicolas Lemaître, little requested but nevertheless decisive against the Ruthénois: Yohann Thuram (33 years old). Previously, they had notably tried to be loaned Gautier Larsonneur (Brest), who finally joined Valenciennes.

A return to the HAC had been mentioned

Cousin of world champion Lilian Thuram, the Guadeloupean is well known in Normandy: between 2016 and 2019, he wore the Le Havre AC jersey 67 times in Ligue 2. At the beginning of June 2022, a return to the sky and navy jersey had even mentioned at a time when the departure of Mohamed Koné was expected (the change in the organization chart made it possible to reverse the trend). Trained in Monaco, passed through Ligue 1 with ASM (1 match in 2009-2010) and ESTAC (38 matches in 2012-2013) then the Belgian first division (44 matches between 2013 and 2016) as a player from Standard de Liège, the native of Courcouronnes has just spent two discreet seasons at Amiens SC (L2) since he has only contested eight league games since 2020. The Picard club did not wish to extend his contract.
