Expected for several days, the transfer of Jordan Veretout to Olympique de Marseille was made official this Friday. The French midfielder has signed up for three years with Marseille. A transfer which should bring 15.5 million euros, bonus included, to AS Roma.
Veretout is a new OM player.
Olympique de Marseille holds the eighth rookie of its summer transfer window. After Samuel Gigot, Isaak Tour, Ruben Blanco, Chancel Mbemba, Luis Suarez, Jonathan Clauss and Nuno Tavares, the Marseille club got their hands on Jordan Veretout (29).

To secure the services of the French international (5 caps), who signed a three-year contract, i.e. until June 2025, the Olympian leaders paid 15.5 million euros, bonus included. By far the most expensive transfer since the opening of March for the vice-champion of France.
A very reliable player
