Paire and Mannar pass the 1st round at the Washington tournament

Adrian Mannarino and Benoît Paire qualified for the second round of the Washington tournament. Mannarino, 67th player in the world, dominated the American Bradley Klahn (6-2, 6-4), 808th in the world and beneficiary of a wild card. Paire, 112th in the world, overcame the German Peter Gojowczyk (7-5, 6-4), 110e in the ATP rankings.
