A return from Concarneau is a short journey, even for a club in the Paris region. FC Versailles, after its heavy defeat Monday in Brittany (4-1), traveled during the day on Tuesday to return home. Between two trains, Grégoire Lefebvre took the time to tell us about his new life as a Versailles footballer and his reunion with the ASNL, this Friday at the Jean Bouin stadium.
First of all, how do you explain the complicated evening experienced on Monday in Concarneau?
We expected a difficult match, with a team from Concarneau who play good football and who are used to making their opponents suffer in front of their home crowd. We lacked aggressiveness, we were not up to it. It’s a real disappointment but we have to learn the right lessons and quickly move on. We play again this Friday, at home, against Nancy. We won our first three games at home, we will try to continue this series.
You receive at Jean Bouin. What can you…
