Tennis, ATP – 2022 Washington Tournament: Dimitrov beats Mannarino

Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, seeded No. 5, climbed to the round of 16 of the Washington tournament, beating Frenchman Adrian Mannarino two sets to one (6-1, 3-6, 7-5) at Rock Creek Park Tennis Center in Washington, Wednesday evening session.

Dimitrov, 19th in the world at the ATP, will face the American Sebastian Korda in the round of 16 of the Washington tournament.

Mannarino, ranked 67th at the ATP, had clearly dominated the American wild card Bradley Klahn (6-2, 6-4), in the previous round of the Washington Open.
