Vice-champion of France 2021, Loon-Plage restarted the Interclubs Pro A a week ago with two trips. Victorious at Sannois at the start (4-2), the TCLP then brought back the draw from Annecy on Wednesday (3-3). This Saturday will be the first of three home matches, with the reception of Bressuire, which alone occupies first place in the standings. “They beat Annecy, where we drew. It shows that they are efficient. It will be difficult, on a point behind, so above all we must not lose, ”says Loon captain Christophe Zoonekynd.

He expects an annexed match, as usual in an exercise where the formula and the interior surface level the values. Reduced by the absences of Lucas Pouille, Constant Lestienne, Zizou Bergs and Ricardas Berankis, Loon-Plage must also do without his number 1 Botic Van De Zandschulp for the moment (1/8th at Wimbledon this season), engaged in the Davis Cup and expected for the last days. “We are rounding our backs, we already want to ensure the maintenance, and why not fight afterwards. We are in the nails, we have necessarily garnered confidence. Everything can be played in the last matches, on the experience last year. »

LOON-PLAGE (3rd, 5 pts) – BRESSUIRE (1st, 6 pts), Saturday, from 11 a.m.
