“Our budget for next season was validated in July by the National Control and Management Commission (CNCG), without supervision of the payroll and with VAP status as a bonus”indicates the president, Sabine Guillien-Heinrich.
This “pathway to professionalism” (VAP) allows the Panthers to seek a direct rise within the elite (LFH). The boss of the FLHB did not communicate on the amount of the budget to come which would be around 1.2 million euros against 1.6 million last season.

The green light from the CNCG for the 2022-2023 financial year does not, however, conceal the clouds that still hang over the future of the Fleurys club regarding its financial situation. The Fleury HB, through its chartered accountant, transmitted, at the end of July, to the federal authorities, “the balance sheet of the accounts of the past season”. Balance sheet on which the financial policeman of the French Handball Federation (FFHB) will have to position himself, in particular about the clearance plan validated in May. But when ? “We will probably have an answer around August 17-18″, says Sabine Guillien-Heinrich. And what if there is bad news? “The shareholders of the club then decide what to do, or else it will be the CNCG. For my part, I will have done everything to save the Fleury HB”, breathes Sabine Guillien-Heinrich who, at the beginning of June, was looking for 300,000 euros with a view to maintaining professional activity…
