The rugby club is preparing for the new season

An important meeting took place at the La Soule clubhouse of the Jean-Patrick-Archinard complex, Thursday July 28, in order to present all the educators of the Vauvert rugby club for the 2022-2023 season.

President Philippe Ladouès had ordered this assembly in order to prepare for the next season and gave the organization chart of all the leaders and educators.

This is how the person in charge of the rugby school will be Martial Cade, a school which will operate in agreement with the Junas rugby club, the licensing coordinator Philippe Sarrat, the educator for baby rugby (3 to 5 years) Marion Libra, for children under 6 Matthias Deschamps, for children under 8 Élie Ranc and Gérald Garcia, for children under 10 Samuel Ranc, for children under 12 Medhi Boutaha, for children under 14 cadets and cadets Grégory Garcia. The bar manager will be Vanessa Someville.

The senior boys of the Vauvert rugby club will resume their training on August 23 under the direction of Soufiane Akasbi and Alexandre Sirvent.

The workforce is substantial since the coaches have a core of 40 to 45 players, with a first meeting scheduled for September 18 at home against Bagnols-Marcoule.

As for the women trained by Jean Coy, Jean Marguet and Benjamin Podevin, the squad is 30 players and they will be summoned on August 24 at the Pradille stadium for the resumption of training.

The club, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year, will of course, on this occasion, have a moved thought for its founder Jean-Patrick Archinard, who recently passed away. A club that is always looking for volunteers, leaders, players of all ages to strengthen all of its teams.
